According to the technical scheme, a heating cavity is formed between a bottom plate and a fixing plate, a heating module and a heat exchange module are arranged in the heating cavity, the heat exchange module is located between the heating module and the fixing plate, the heating module comprises a supporting plate fixedly connected into the heating cavity and a heating body arranged on the supporting plate, and the heat exchange module comprises a plurality of partition plates; a plurality of heating channels communicating with the heating cavity are formed in the supporting plate through partition plates and located on the side, close to the fixing plate, of the supporting plate, the two ends of each heating channel communicate with the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet correspondingly, and turbulent flow assemblies for guiding heat-conducting media on the bottom layer to the upper layer are arranged in the heating channels. Turbulent flow is formed in the heating channel through the turbulent flow assembly, the heating uniformity of the heat dissipation medium is improved, and the temperature of the discharged heat conduction medium is controlled.

    本发明公开了加热器组件、电动压缩机集成系统,属于压缩机技术领域,旨在解决低温情况下对电池及车厢的加热速度较慢和加热的稳定性不佳的问题。其技术方案要点是:底板与固定板之间形成有加热腔,加热腔内设置有加热模块和换热模块,换热模块位于加热模块与固定板之间,加热模块包括固定连接在加热腔内的支撑板和设置在支撑板上的加热体,换热模块包括若干隔板,支撑板通过隔板形成有与加热腔连通的若干加热通道,加热通道位于支撑板靠近固定板的一侧,加热通道的两端分别与进液口和出液口连通,加热通道内设置有将底层的导热介质导向上层的扰流组件,通过扰流组件在加热通道内形成紊流,提高散热介质加热的均匀性,控制排出的导热介质的温度。
