The invention relates to the technical field of traffic monitoring, and particularly discloses a hybrid linkage early warning method based on regional video data and checkpoint snapshot data, which comprises the following steps: establishing an upstream and downstream relation link table; obtaining vehicle monitoring videos collected by a plurality of video monitoring devices, identifying illegal vehicle images from the vehicle monitoring videos, and extracting vehicle features of the illegal vehicle images; vehicle images collected by a plurality of checkpoint snapshot devices are obtained at the same time, and vehicle features of the vehicle images are extracted; according to a target illegal vehicle image identified by the current video monitoring device, searching a next bayonet snapshot device which the target illegal vehicle may arrive at according to the upstream and downstream relation link table; screening out a target illegal vehicle image from the reasonable vehicle images collected by the next checkpoint snapshot device; and when the target illegal vehicle image is successfully matched, sending out an early warning signal. According to the invention, the supervision efficiency and accuracy of traffic illegal behaviors can be improved, and the law violation evidence fixing effect is further improved.
本发明涉及交通监控技术领域,具体公开了一种基于区域视频数据和卡口抓拍数据的混合联动预警方法,包括:建立上下游关系链路表;获取多个视频监控设备采集到的车辆监控视频,并从车辆监控视频中识别出违法车辆图像,并提取出违法车辆图像的车辆特征;同时获取多个卡口抓拍设备采集到的车辆图像,并提取出车辆图像的车辆特征;根据当前视频监控设备识别出的目标违法车辆图像,根据上下游关系链路表查找到目标违法车辆可能到达的下一卡口抓拍设备;从下一卡口抓拍设备采集到的合理车辆图像中筛选出目标违法车辆图像;当成功匹配到目标违法车辆图像时,发出预警信号。本发明能够提高交通违法行为的监管效率和准确性,进一步提升违法证据固定成效。
