The method comprises the following steps: simulating and generating travel information of the electric vehicle through a pre-established travel chain model; based on the travel information and preset power grid load data, establishing a time-phased charging and discharging scheduling model, and determining an objective function and constraint conditions; optimizing and solving the charging and discharging scheduling model according to the objective function and the constraint condition to obtain charging and discharging power in different time periods; and carrying out charging and discharging control on the target electric vehicle according to the charging and discharging power in different time periods. The method can improve the utilization rate of electric energy.
