The invention provides a high-thermal-conductivity cable for a charging pile and a preparation method thereof, and the cable comprises a plurality of wire cores, a heat-conducting layer wrapping the periphery of each wire core, a fixed layer wrapping the periphery of the heat-conducting layer, a filler filled between the fixed layer and the heat-conducting layer, and an insulating layer wrapping the periphery of the fixed layer. The main component of the heat conduction layer is designed to be modified polyimide, and the modified polyimide is prepared by modifying SiO2 nanotubes, so that compared with a cable in the prior art, the cable has the advantages that the heat conductivity coefficient is remarkably improved, heat generated in the cable core can be rapidly conducted out of the insulating layer in the rapid charging process of a new energy automobile, and the service life of the cable is prolonged. Long-time concentration of heat in the cable is avoided, cable overheating is avoided, the service life of the cable is prolonged, and potential safety hazards in the new energy automobile charging process are reduced; the preparation method comprises the steps of preparing a wire core by twisting a wire, extruding for multiple times and the like, and has the advantages of simplicity in operation and convenience in popularization and implementation.

    本申请提供一种高导热充电桩用电缆及其制备方法,其中该电缆包括多根线芯,包覆于每一根线芯外周的导热层,包覆于导热层外周的固定层,填充于固定层和导热层之间的填充料,以及包覆于固定层外周的绝缘层,通过将导热层的主要成分设计为改性聚酰亚胺,改性聚酰亚胺由SiO2纳米管改性制得,使得该电缆与现有技术中的电缆相比,导热系数显著提升,在新能源汽车快速充电过程中,线芯内部产生的热量可快速传导绝缘层外,避免热量在线缆内部长时间集中,避免线缆过热,提升线缆的使用寿命,降低新能源汽车充电过程中的安全隐患;其中制备方法包括绞合导线制备线芯,多次挤包等步骤,具有操作简单,便于推广实施的优点。
