The invention discloses a battery module clamping mechanism. The battery module clamping mechanism comprises a hoisting seat, a rotary driving part, a plurality of groups of clamping parts and a plurality of groups of clamping driving parts, the hoisting seat comprises a seat body and a rotating seat; the rotating seat is rotationally mounted on the seat body; the multiple sets of clamping parts are sequentially arranged in the rotating direction of the rotating base, each set of clamping part comprises two clamping arms, the two clamping arms in the same set are installed on the rotating base, the extending directions of the two clamping arms in the same set are the same, the two clamping arms can be close to or away from each other, an included angle is formed between every two adjacent sets of clamping arms, and at least two sets of clamping arms are different in size; the rotating driving part is in driving connection with the rotating seat and used for driving the rotating seat to rotate relative to the seat body; the multiple sets of clamping driving parts are in driving connection with the two clamping arms of the multiple sets correspondingly and used for driving the two clamping arms of the same set to be close to or away from each other. According to the scheme, only the clamping arms enter the battery box, the occupied space is small, operation is easy and convenient, meanwhile, the device can be suitable for battery modules of various sizes and models, and universality is good.

    本发明公开了一种电池模组夹取机构,包括吊装座、转动驱动部、多组夹取部及多组夹取驱动部;吊装座包括座体及转动座,转动座转动安装于座体;多组夹取部沿转动座的转动方向依次布设,且各组夹取部包括两个夹取臂,同组的两个夹取臂安装于转动座,且其延伸方向相同,并能够相互靠近及远离,相邻两组的夹取臂呈夹角设置,至少两组的夹取臂的尺寸各异;转动驱动部与转动座驱动连接,用于驱使转动座相对座体转动;多组夹取驱动部分别与多组的两个夹取臂驱动连接,用于驱使同组的两个夹取臂相互靠近及远离。本方案中,仅夹取臂进入电池箱中,所占用的空间较小,且操作简单便捷,同时能够适用于多种尺寸型号的电池模组,通用性较好。
