A one-piece plate (211, 212, 213) providing bulkhead material, wherein the plate has an opening (250); and deforming at least one inner edge of the plate (211, 212, 213) forming the opening (250) into an inner flange (215, 216, 217); and deforming at least one outer edge of the plate (211, 212, 213) into an outer flange (214). One-piece and deformed plates (211, 212, 213) each form the bulkhead section (210), the floor carrier (212) and the vertical bracket (213) adjacent to the opening (250).
