The invention relates to a flywheel floating assisting and speed increasing method for a propeller-free huge wheel and a huge ship. The bottom of a whole flat-bottom or step flat-bottom large ship (such as an aircraft carrier) is provided with a plurality of rows or stages of impeller water blade type hollow discs which cover the whole flat bottom or step flat bottom, can rotate around a vertical longitudinal axis, are provided with flat top surfaces and wave bottom surfaces and are hollow bodies according to a middle-division peer-to-peer peer-to-peer mode; vertical blade-shaped water striking plates which are uniformly arranged at intervals are arranged on the cylindrical surfaces of the side bodies of the hollow discs on the outermost sides of the two sides of the ship body; when the water striking plates strike towards the inner side of the ship body, the periphery of a semi-circle arc drawing surface is provided with a semi-surrounding rectification tile which is fixed under the flat bottom; the water striking plate can provide advancing and retreating power (without a propeller) for the ship when the hollow disc switches forward and reverse rotation modes; the hollow disc not only has the flywheel energy storage property, but also can greatly enhance the buoyancy force of the ship body by means of the buoyancy force of the hollow disc and the wave bottom surface of the hollow disc so as to simulate swivel type floating on water.

    本发明涉及一种无螺旋桨巨轮巨舰飞轮助漂提速法,特征是,在一艘整块平底或梯级平底大型舰船(比如航母)之底部按“中分对等对排模式”设有覆盖所述整块平底或梯级平底的多排或多级能绕竖直纵轴旋转且带有平顶面及波底面且为空心体的“波轮水叶式空心圆盘”,位于所述船体两侧最外侧的所述空心圆盘之侧身圆柱面上设有均匀间隔排列的竖直叶片状击水板,所述击水板面向所述船体内侧划过时之半圈画弧面外围设有固定在所述平底正下方的“半包围整流瓦”;所述击水板在所述空心圆盘切换正反转模式时能提供所述舰船进退动力(无需螺旋桨);所述空心圆盘不仅具有飞轮储能属性而且借其自身浮力及其波底面能极大增强所述船体之“上浮力”从而模拟转体式水上漂。
