The invention discloses an electric bicycle double-control system and an electric bicycle speed and torque driving switching method. The electric bicycle double-control system comprises a double-driving algorithm controller and a bilateral single-direction signal magnetic detection type torque sensor. The dual-drive algorithm controller comprises a communication module, a speed signal acquisition module, a torque signal acquisition module and an FOC motor control module; the bilateral single-direction signal magnetic detection type torque sensor comprises a bilateral torque sensor module and a single-direction treading frequency signal module. The dual-drive algorithm controller is used for receiving an instruction sent by the instrument communication signal module, interacts with the bilateral unidirectional signal magnetic detection type torque sensor to obtain a speed signal or a torque signal, and outputs a corresponding speed or torque through the FOC motor control module; the bilateral single-direction signal magnetic detection type torque sensor is used for converting distortion deformation of a pedal middle shaft of the electric bicycle into an electric signal.
