The invention belongs to the technical field of steer-by-wire of electric vehicles, and particularly relates to a direct-drive steer-by-wire wheel based on a magnetic gear technology and a control method thereof, the direct-drive steer-by-wire wheel comprises a control mechanism, an analysis mechanism, an execution mechanism and a transmission mechanism; the control mechanism comprises a steering wheel rim and a connector, and the connector and the steering wheel rim rotate synchronously; the analysis mechanism comprises a steering wheel rotary transformer, a steering wheel controller and a motor driving controller, the steering wheel rotary transformer and the connector rotate synchronously, and the steering wheel controller controls a motor driver through a power signal of the steering wheel rotary transformer; the executing mechanism comprises a motor rotor, a first stator iron core, a winding coil and a permanent magnet plate; through the structural cooperation, abrasion caused by friction can be remarkably reduced, rigid locking can be avoided through natural weakening of a magnetic field, a built-in overload protection mechanism is provided for a system, mechanical damage is effectively prevented, and therefore the overall reliability and durability are enhanced.

    本发明属于电动汽车的线控转向技术领域,具体的说是一种基于磁齿轮技术的直驱线控转向盘及其控制方法,包括控制机构、分析机构、执行机构和传动机构;控制机构包括转向盘轮圈和连接器,连接器和转向盘轮圈同步转动;分析机构包括转向盘旋转变压器、转向盘控制器和电机驱动控制器,转向盘旋转变压器与连接器同步转动,转向盘控制器通过转向盘旋转变压器的电力信号控制电机驱动器;执行机构包括电机转子、第一定子铁芯、绕组线圈和永磁板;通过上述结构配合可以显著降低了因摩擦导致的磨损,能够通过磁场的自然减弱来避免硬性锁定,为系统提供内置的过载保护机制,有效防止了机械损坏,从而增强了整体的可靠性和耐久性。
