The invention provides an exception handling method for a train grounding carbon brush. The exception handling method can be applied to the technical field of train grounding. The method comprises the following steps: detecting a working voltage signal of an acquisition chip by utilizing a register of the acquisition chip; when it is detected that the working voltage signal of the acquisition chip reaches a grounding carbon brush fault condition, a fault register record value is generated, and the grounding carbon brush fault condition is determined according to a normal voltage range under the condition that the working voltage signal of the acquisition chip exceeds the normal voltage range due to the fact that the grounding carbon brush is abnormal; under the condition that the temperature acquisition host recognizes the recorded value of the fault register, the duration of the recorded value of the fault register is obtained; under the condition that the existence duration of the recorded value of the fault register reaches a preset duration condition, generating prompt information about the abnormity of the grounding carbon brush; and processing the abnormal grounding carbon brush based on the prompt information. The invention further provides an axle temperature detection system and a train.

    本公开提供了一种用于列车接地碳刷的异常处理方法,可以应用于列车接地技术领域。该方法包括:利用采集芯片自带的寄存器,对采集芯片的工作电压信号进行检测;在检测到采集芯片的工作电压信号达到接地碳刷故障条件的情况下,生成故障寄存器记录值,其中,接地碳刷故障条件是在由于接地碳刷异常,导致的采集芯片的工作电压信号超过正常电压范围的情况下,根据正常电压范围确定的;在温度采集主机识别到故障寄存器记录值的情况下,获取故障寄存器记录值存在的时长;在故障寄存器记录值存在的时长达到预定时长条件的情况下,生成接地碳刷异常的提示信息;基于提示信息,对存在异常的接地碳刷进行处理。本公开还提供了一种轴温检测系统和列车。
