The invention belongs to the technical field of liquid cooling, and provides a dual-system liquid cooling system for a high-power charging pile, which comprises a water tank, a circulating pump, an electric three-way valve, a plate heat exchanger, a cooling liquid heat exchanger, a refrigerant heat exchanger, a compressor, an electronic expansion valve, a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor and a controller, the controller is connected with the fan, the circulating pump, the electric three-way valve, the compressor, the temperature sensor and the pressure sensor. Under the control of the controller on the electric three-way valve, cooling liquid exchanges heat through the cooling liquid heat exchanger or through the plate heat exchanger and the refrigerant heat exchanger. Through functional connection of the dual-system heat dissipation equipment, the electric three-way valve can be controlled based on the controller, heat exchange of cooling liquid through different cooling systems can be achieved, the purpose that refrigeration of the high-power charging pile is in the optimal working mode is achieved, and the refrigeration working efficiency of the high-power charging pile can be improved.

    本发明属于液冷技术领域,提供一种用于大功率充电桩的双系统液冷系统,包括:水箱、循环泵、电动三通阀、板式换热器、冷却液换热器、冷媒换热器、压缩机、电子膨胀阀、温度传感器、压力传感器和控制器;控制器分别连接风机、循环泵、电动三通阀、压缩机、温度传感器和压力传感器;在控制器对电动三通阀的控制下,冷却液经由冷却液换热器换热,或经由板式换热器和冷媒换热器换热。本发明通过双系统散热设备的功能连接,可基于控制器对电动三通阀的控制,实现冷却液经由不同的冷却系统进行换热,以实现在大功率充电桩的制冷处于最佳工作模式,可提高大功率充电桩的制冷工作效率。
