A high-power liquid cooling charging gun for a new energy automobile comprises a gun body, a liquid cooling charging cable and a liquid cooling electrode, and a liquid cooling terminal is installed in the gun body. Two DC + charging wires, two DC-charging wires, a grounding wire and a plurality of auxiliary wires are wrapped in an insulating jacket of the liquid cooling charging cable. A communication cavity is arranged in the liquid cooling terminal, and a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are arranged in the liquid cooling electrode. Cooling liquid enters one of the cooling liquid channels from the liquid inlet, then flows into the other cooling liquid channel through the communication cavity, and finally flows out from the liquid outlet, so that two sets of cooling loops for independently cooling the DC + charging wire and the DC-charging wire respectively are formed. According to the high-power liquid cooling charging gun, the layout structure of the cable is optimized, the roundness of the cable is increased, the cable has the characteristics of being thin, light and flexible, and the experience feeling of charging operation is greatly improved. According to the high-power liquid cooling charging gun, the wire diameter is greatly reduced under the condition of safely bearing 600A current, and the wire diameter is only 23mm.

    一种新能源汽车用大功率液冷充电枪,包括枪体、液冷充电线缆和液冷电极,在枪体内安装有液冷端子。在液冷充电线缆的绝缘外被内包裹有两根DC+充电线、两根DC‑充电线、一根接地线和若干根辅助线。在液冷端子内设有连通腔,在液冷电极内设有进液口和出液口。冷却液从进液口进入其中的一个冷却液通道,然后通过连通腔流入另外一个冷却液通道内,最后从出液口流出,形成了两套分别对DC+充电线、DC‑充电线进行独立冷却的冷却回路。本大功率液冷充电枪优化了线缆的布局结构,增加了线缆的圆度,使线缆具有细、轻、柔的特点,大幅提高了充电操作的体验感。本大功率液冷充电枪在安全承载600A电流的情况下大幅降低了线径,线径仅为23mm。
