A multi-rotor helicopter foldable between a stowed state and an operational state is disclosed, the multi-rotor helicopter comprising: a hub configured to receive one or more payloads and a battery; two or more flight arms extending substantially horizontally when in the operating state, each flight arm including a main arm each extending from the hub at a main arm pivot connection and two cross arms extending from the main arm at a cross arm pivot connection, the main arm pivot connection is adapted to allow each of the main arms to pivot towards each other to a stowed condition, where each of the arms is substantially parallel to each other on the vertical axis, and the cross arm pivot connection is adapted to allow each of the cross arms to rotate towards the main arm to a stowed condition, where each of the cross arms is substantially parallel to each other on the vertical axis. Wherein each of the arms is substantially parallel to each other, and wherein the multi-rotor helicopter comprises: i) a landing gear extending from an intersection region between the main arm and the cross arms of each flight arm via an articulatable connection; or ii) a landing gear pivotally extending from the hub, the landing gear adapted to fold against the main arm, the landing gear in a deployed configuration having a "V" shape, or iii) a conceptual polyhedron defined by the flight arm when in the stowed state, a conceptual polyhedron having a volume sufficient to accommodate the one or more payloads, the one or more communication devices, and at least in part the battery when present; or iv) a stowed volume less than 10% of the volume of the multi-rotor helicopter when in the operational state; or v) two or more payloads extending from any one or more of the battery, the hub, or the cross arm in the region where the cross arm is connected to the main arm, or the main arm; a combination of any two or more of (i) to (v).
