Each convex component comprises a second substrate, four convex blocks, four matrix beams and a square scatterer; the second substrate and the first substrate are equal in area, and a quincunx through hole is formed in the center; the four protruding blocks are fixed to the four edges of the second base plate respectively, and after the surfaces of the protruding blocks are aligned, the protruding blocks are spliced with any notch hole. The square scatterer is located in the center of the quincunx through hole and fixed through the four base body beams. According to the invention, vibration and noise reduction in the automobile can be realized through splicing, replacement is convenient, and resource saving is facilitated.
