The invention relates to the field of remote monitoring, and discloses a congestion dredging management method and system under intelligent traffic based on digital twinning, and the method comprises the steps: analyzing a traffic scene structure and a traffic scene behavior of a to-be-carded traffic scene; constructing a traffic physical model of the traffic scene to be sorted; determining a behavior simulation algorithm of the to-be-carded traffic scene, and establishing a traffic behavior model of the to-be-carded traffic scene; integrating the traffic physical model and the traffic behavior model to obtain a traffic digital twin model of the to-be-carded traffic scene, screening real-time traffic data of the traffic scene data, and performing traffic simulation on the to-be-carded traffic scene by using the traffic digital twin model to obtain traffic simulation data; and calculating congestion hotspots of the to-be-sorted traffic scene, constructing a simulation sorting strategy of the congestion hotspots, calculating the reliability of the simulation sorting strategy, and constructing a congestion dredging scheme of the to-be-sorted traffic scene. According to the invention, the congestion dredging efficiency under intelligent traffic can be improved.
