The invention provides a turnout action process division method and system, and the method comprises the steps: determining a change position according to a positioning and anti-position representation rod displacement sensor curve, and determining demarcation points of an unlocking stage, a conversion stage and a locking stage according to the change position; the trigger time of the demarcation point is recorded and divided to a current curve and a conversion force curve, the turnout conversion process is monitored through multiple sensors, curve data of a displacement sensor representing the rod is obtained for dividing turnout conversion stages, the displacement sensor curve reflects the moving position of the representing rod, the curve lines are clear, and the accuracy is high. The anti-interference capability is strong, the division basis is clear, and the stability is high; the displacement sensor is high in data stability, is slightly influenced by environment and faults, and does not influence division of the turnout action process.

    本发明提出一种道岔动作过程划分方法、系统,所述方法包括:根据定位和反位表示杆位移传感器曲线确定变化位置,并根据变化位置确定解锁阶段、转换阶段、锁闭阶段的分界点;记录并将所述分界点的触发时间划分到电流曲线和转换力曲线上,利用多传感器监测道岔转换过程,获取表示杆位移传感器曲线数据进行道岔转换阶段的划分,位移传感器曲线反映了表示杆的移动位置,曲线线条清晰,抗干扰能力强且划分依据明确,稳定性高;位移传感器数据稳定性高,受环境和故障的影响小,不会影响道岔动作过程的划分。
