The invention discloses a heat pump air conditioner electronic expansion valve cooperative control method based on multi-heat-source heat absorption, which selects a corresponding heat pump heating mode through multiple dimensions such as environment temperature and motor cooling liquid temperature, and particularly realizes respective control by distinguishing a main control valve and a follow-up valve when a double-heat-source heat source is selected. And in combination with the real-time working condition of the exhaust pressure of the system, the main control valve and the follow-up valve are further optimized, regulated and controlled on the basis of monitoring of the exhaust pressure before the final valve opening regulation and control target is output. Compared with a single-heat-source heat pump system, the use boundary of the heat pump is widened, the energy efficiency ratio of the system can be greatly increased compared with heat absorption from a single heat source, a more stable and reliable electronic expansion valve control mode is provided for cooperative control over the electronic expansion valve absorbing heat from double heat sources, and the system stability and economy are improved while the energy efficiency of the system is improved. And energy consumption is reduced for the use of the electric vehicle in a low-temperature environment in winter, so that the economical efficiency of the whole vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于多热源吸热的热泵空调电子膨胀阀协同控制方法,通过环境温度、电机冷却液温度等多个维度选择对应的热泵制热模式,尤其当选定为双热源时通过区分出主控阀和随动阀,实现分别控制,并且还提出结合系统排气压力的实时工况,在输出最终的阀门开度调控目标之前,基于对排气压力的监控,对主控阀和随动阀再进行进一步的优化调控。较单一热源热泵系统本发明拓宽了热泵的使用边界,相比从单一热源处吸热能够大幅提高系统能效比,并针对从双热源处吸热的电子膨胀阀的协同控制,提供了更为稳定、可靠的电子膨胀阀控制模式,在提升系统稳定性和经济性的同时,为电动车在冬季低温环境下的使用降低了能耗,进而提高了整车的经济性。
