The track system comprises two parallel tracks arranged on the rock wall of the inclined shaft in the axial direction of the circular inclined shaft, the tracks are solid square steel, the vertical center line of the section is arranged in the radial direction of the circular inclined shaft, the tracks are welded and fixed to joint bars inserted into the rock wall, and crosspieces are connected between the tracks. The transportation trolley comprises two supporting beams arranged in parallel, four sets of trolley wheels are arranged on the bottom faces of the ends of the two supporting beams respectively, the supporting beams and the wheels are matched with the rails, and the two supporting beams are connected with a plurality of connecting supports and arc supporting plates matched with the arc faces of the steel pipes. Solid square steel is adopted as an inclined shaft steel pipe transportation track, and the problem that a circular tunnel formed by excavation of a shield tunneling machine cannot adopt the arrangement of a conventional track is solved; the trolley supporting beams and the trolley wheels are obliquely installed to be matched with a rail, stress is better, the supporting plates are in an inwards-concave arc shape, the steel pipe transportation safety is improved, and the trolley can better adapt to the circular section of an inclined shaft.
本发明公开了一种TBM超长斜井钢管运输系统,由轨道系统和运输台车组成;轨道系统包括两相互平行、沿圆形斜井轴向布置于斜井岩壁的轨道,轨道为实心方钢、截面竖直中线沿圆形斜井径向布置,轨道与插入岩壁内的插筋焊接固定,轨道之间连接横档;运输台车包括两平行布置的支撑梁,两支撑梁端部底面分别设置四组台车车轮,各支撑梁和车轮与轨道配合,两支撑梁连接多根连接支架和与钢管弧面匹配的圆弧支撑板。本发明采用实心方钢作为斜井钢管运输轨道,解决因盾构机开挖形成的圆形隧道无法采用常规轨道的布置问题;台车支撑梁及台车轮倾斜安装与轨道相适应,受力更好,支撑板成内凹的弧形,提高钢管运输的安全性、更好地适应斜井的圆形断面。
