The invention discloses a tower crane attachment rod health monitoring system based on an ROS2 platform, and the system comprises a first sensor module which corresponds to monitoring items including distance monitoring of two adjacent lattice members and joint deformation monitoring; corresponding monitoring items of the second sensor module comprise lug plate deformation monitoring, bottom plate deformation monitoring, pin shaft deformation monitoring and nut looseness monitoring; the third sensor module is used for monitoring the overall longitudinal displacement of the tower crane attachment rod, and corresponding monitoring items are monitoring of other abnormal deformation of the attachment rod; the early warning system is used for processing the information monitored by each monitoring item and a set node threshold value and then sending out alarm information; and the ROS2 platform performs real-time communication with each monitoring item by adopting a topic communication mechanism. According to the invention, the ROS2 platform with relatively high timeliness is adopted to comprehensively monitor the easily deformed part and other abnormal deformation of the attachment rod, so that the use safety of the attachment rod is greatly ensured, and the stability and safe use of the tower crane are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种基于ROS2平台的塔机附着杆健康监测系统,包括:第一传感器模组,对应监测项目包括相邻两格构件距离监测和连接处变形监测;第二传感器模组,对应监测项目包括耳板变形监测、底板变形监测、销轴变形监测、螺母松动监测;第三传感器模组,用于监测塔机附着杆整体发生的纵向位移,对应监测项目为附着杆其他异常变形监测;预警系统,用于根据各监测项目监测的信息和设定的节点阈值,经过处理后发出报警信息;ROS2平台,采用话题通信机制与各监测项目进行实时通信。本发明采用时效性较强的ROS2平台,对附着杆易变形部位和其他异常变形进行全面监测,极大保证了附着杆件使用的安全性,对塔机的稳固性及安全使用提供了保障。
