The invention discloses a steel wire sleeve protection structure which comprises a protection layer capable of being wound on a steel wire sleeve by multiple circles and a hook-and-loop fastener, the protection layer comprises an outer fabric and an inner fabric, the outer fabric is made of wear-resistant high-strength fabric, a fabric hole matched with the inner fabric in shape is formed in the middle of the outer fabric, the inner fabric is sewn in the fabric hole, and the hook-and-loop fastener is arranged in the fabric hole. When the protective layer is wound on the steel wire sleeve, the inner fabric is wound around the steel wire sleeve at least three circles, the outer fabric is wound around the steel wire sleeve at least one circle on the inner side of the inner fabric, and the outer fabric is wound around the steel wire sleeve at least one circle on the outer side of the outer fabric; the hook-and-loop fastener comprises a loop face and a thorn face, the loop face is sewn on the front face of the protective layer, the thorn face is sewn on the back face of the protective layer, and the loop face and the thorn face can be bonded together to prevent the protective layer wound on the steel wire sleeve from disengaging. According to the steel wire sleeve protection structure, material loss is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种钢丝套保护结构,包括:可多圈卷绕在钢丝套上的保护层和魔术贴,保护层包括外面料和内面料,外面料的材质为耐磨高强度面料,外面料的中部设置有与内面料形状适配的面料孔,内面料缝纫在面料孔中,内面料采用弹性面料且厚度大于3mm,保护层卷绕在钢丝套上时,内面料至少绕钢丝套三圈,外面料在内面料内侧至少绕钢丝套一圈,外面料在外面料的外侧至少绕钢丝套一圈;魔术贴包括毛面和刺面,毛面缝纫在保护层正面,刺面缝纫在保护层反面,毛面和刺面可粘接在一起,以防卷绕在钢丝套上的保护层脱开。本发明提出一种钢丝套保护结构,降低物料损耗,提升工作效率。
