The invention designs a freeboard real-time monitoring system and monitoring method for immersed tube floating transportation, and belongs to the technical field of freeboard measurement. The monitoring system comprises a water level measuring assembly, an inclination angle measuring assembly, a data acquisition instrument and a server, wherein the water level measuring assembly comprises four water level gauges; the four water level gauges are distributed on the side walls of the four top corners of the immersed tube and used for measuring water level data of the four top corners of the immersed tube. The inclination angle measuring assembly comprises a first inclinometer which is installed at the midship position of the ship body and used for measuring the inclination angle of the ship body. The data acquisition instrument is in communication connection with the four water level gauges and the first inclinometer and is used for acquiring the lowest water level data farthest from the water surface in the four water level data and the inclination angle of the ship body in real time; and the server is in communication connection with the data acquisition instrument and is used for calculating real-time freeboard data according to the lowest water level data and the inclination angle. According to the monitoring method, the ship freeboard is measured and monitored through the four water level gauges and the first inclinometer, the method is simple and convenient, and the cost is low.
本发明设计一种用于沉管浮运中的干舷实时监测系统及监测方法,属于干舷测量技术领域。该监测系统包括水位测量组件、倾角测量组件、数据采集仪和服务器;其中,水位测量组件包括四个水位计;四个水位计分布于沉管四个顶角的侧壁上,用于测量沉管四个顶角处的水位数据;倾角测量组件包括第一倾角仪,第一倾角仪安装于船体的船舯处,用于测量船体倾角;数据采集仪与四个水位计、第一倾角仪均通信连接,用于实时采集四个水位数据中距离水面最远的最低水位数据和船体倾角;服务器通信连接于数据采集仪,用于根据最低水位数据和倾角计算获得实时干舷数据。该监测方法利用四个水位计和第一倾角仪实现对船舶干舷的测量和监测,方法简便、耗费成本低。
