The invention provides a control method, a braking heat fade early warning system and a mine car. The control method comprises the steps that the current temperature value of a brake is determined; a first temperature threshold value and a second temperature threshold value are set, and a first heat threshold value and a second heat threshold value are set according to the type of the mine car and the current temperature value; the braking accumulated heat of the mine car in unit time is determined according to the car type and the current temperature value; under the condition that the braking accumulated heat is larger than or equal to a first heat threshold value or the current temperature value is larger than or equal to a first temperature threshold value, the mine car is controlled to run at a first speed; and under the condition that the braking accumulated heat is smaller than or equal to the second heat threshold value and the current temperature value is smaller than or equal to the second temperature threshold value, the mine car is controlled to run at the normal speed. According to the technical scheme, dual-redundancy judgment is carried out on the braking heat fade, judgment errors caused by faults of the temperature sensor can be effectively prevented, misjudgment can be reduced, and the safety performance is improved.

    本发明提供了一种控制方法、制动热衰退预警系统和矿车,控制方法包括:确定制动器的当前温度值;设定第一温度阈值和第二温度阈值,根据矿车的车型和当前温度值设定第一热量阈值和第二热量阈值;根据车型和当前温度值确定矿车在单位时间内的制动累计热量;在制动累计热量大于或等于第一热量阈值,或当前温度值大于或等于第一温度阈值的情况下,控制矿车以第一速度行驶;在制动累计热量小于或等于第二热量阈值,并且当前温度值小于或等于第二温度阈值的情况下,控制矿车以正常速度行驶。本发明的技术方案中,对制动热衰退进行双冗余判断,这种方式能够有效防止温度传感器自身故障导致判断失误,有利于减少误判,提高安全性能。
