The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a functional state of a vehicle, and determining that the vehicle meets a pre-condition of dormancy according to the functional state; if it is determined that a network message is collected and the network message meets a non-dormancy condition, a vehicle non-dormancy scene is triggered; acquiring a network keeping function of the vehicle from an information flow corresponding to the acquired network message; wherein the network keeping function is a corresponding function for enabling the vehicle to be in a network working mode; determining a target retention source causing non-dormancy according to the network retention function; wherein the target holding source is a functional device which enables the vehicle to be kept in a working state and causes no dormancy. Therefore, the abnormal power consumption caused by the non-dormancy of the vehicle can be monitored online in real time, and the reason for the non-dormancy can be accurately determined, so that countermeasure support can be provided in time, and the influence caused by the non-dormancy is reduced.
