The invention discloses a charging fault processing method and device, equipment and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: responding to a charging abnormal signal between a charging pile and a target vehicle, and determining a target terminal which triggers the charging abnormal signal from the charging pile and the target vehicle; when the target terminal is a charging pile, determining a target pile end fault type causing the charging pile to trigger a charging abnormal signal; when the target pile end fault type is in a preset fault list, performing fault processing according to a target fault processing mode corresponding to the target pile end fault type in the preset fault list; and after the fault of the charging pile is removed, the charging pile and the target vehicle are controlled to continue charging. In the charging process of the electric vehicle and the charging pile, if the charging process is paused due to a fault, the fault can be automatically processed, and charging recovery is tried, so that the probability that a worker goes to the field to carry out charging recovery operation is reduced, the charging efficiency is improved, the charging convenience is improved, and the charging experience of a user is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种充电故障处理方法、装置、设备和介质,包括:响应于充电桩与目标车辆之间的充电异常信号,从充电桩和目标车辆中确定触发充电异常信号的目标终端;当目标终端为充电桩时,确定造成充电桩触发充电异常信号的目标桩端故障类型;当目标桩端故障类型处于预设故障列表中时,按照预设故障列表中目标桩端故障类型对应的目标故障处理方式进行故障处理;在清除充电桩的故障之后,控制充电桩与目标车辆继续充电。本发明在电动汽车与充电桩的充电过程中,若充电过程因故障暂停,可以自动对故障进行处理并尝试恢复充电,减少人工去现场进行恢复充电操作的几率,提高了充电效率,提高了充电便利性,极大地提升了用户充电的体验。
