By classifying the reserved charging state and the preheating state of the inserted charging gun, the whole vehicle control system switches the charging high-voltage power-on mode state by comprehensively judging the gun insertion state, the reserved charging state and the gun insertion preheating state, and it is ensured that the electric vehicle can be safely and effectively started and run under various conditions of gun insertion.
