The metal foreign matter detection device comprises a high-frequency excitation power supply, a time division multiplexing switch, a detection coil group, a sensing loop and a signal processing circuit which are connected in sequence, a compensation capacitor is added to the sensing loop to form a series resonance circuit, and the signal processing circuit comprises a high-pass filter circuit and an orthogonal demodulation circuit which are connected with each other; and the metal foreign matter detection device measures the impedance of the detection coil, and if the metal foreign matter invades, the impedance variable quantity is obtained, and the invasion of the metal foreign matter is judged. The eddy current effect of the metal foreign matter in the magnetic field is improved by generating the high-frequency detection magnetic field, so that the influence of the metal foreign matter on the magnetic flux of the magnetic field is increased, and the sensitive detection of the detection coil on the small metal foreign matter can be realized.
本发明公开了一种基于阻抗感测回路的汽车无线充电异物检测设备及方法,包括无线电能发射装置、无线电能接收装置以及金属异物检测装置,所述金属异物检测装置包括依次连接的高频激励电源、分时复用开关、检测线圈组、感测回路、信号处理电路,所述感测回路添加补偿电容配置为串联谐振电路,所述信号处理电路包括相互连接的高通滤波电路和正交解调电路;所述金属异物检测装置对检测线圈的阻抗进行测量,若有金属异物入侵,则得到阻抗变化量,判断金属异物入侵。本发明通过产生高频检测磁场提升磁场中金属异物的涡流效应,从而增大金属异物对磁场磁通量的影响,因此能够实现检测线圈对小型金属异物的灵敏检测。
