The invention discloses a waste heat utilization management system and method based on a quaternary heat exchanger, and belongs to the technical field of engineering machinery heat management. The system comprises an air conditioning system, a hydraulic system, an electric drive system and a battery pack system. After being pressurized, the air conditioning system absorbs waste heat generated by the hydraulic system and the electric drive system in the plate heat exchanger, and then the waste heat is transmitted to a cockpit at the position of the condenser and flows back to the compressor; according to the battery pack system, waste heat generated by a hydraulic system and an electric drive system is absorbed by cooling liquid in a battery cooler to heat a battery pack, heat generated by the battery pack is absorbed in the battery cooler to cool the battery pack after a refrigerant is pressurized by a compressor, and the absorbed heat flows back to the compressor; the hydraulic system and the electric drive system are circularly heated or cooled through a plate heat exchanger; while various working conditions are met, heat utilization is maximized, and the advantages of energy conservation and high efficiency are achieved.
本发明公开基于四元换热器的余热利用管理系统及管理方法,属于工程机械热管理技术领域。其包括空调系统、液压系统、电驱系统及电池包系统;所述空调系统为加压后,在板式换热器中与液压系统和电驱系统产生的余热吸收后在冷凝器位置传递至驾驶舱,并回流至压缩机;所述电池包系统通过将冷却液在电池冷却器中吸收液压系统和电驱系统产生的余热给电池包加热,以及压缩机将制冷剂加压后将电池包产生的热量在电池冷却器中吸收对电池包进行冷却,被吸收的热量流回压缩机;所述液压系统与所述电驱系统通过板式换热器进行循环加热或者冷却;本发明满足各种工况的同时,将热量利用实现最大化,实现节能高效的优点。
