The invention provides a carbon fiber wheel manufacturing process, a carbon fiber wheel and a vehicle. The carbon fiber wheel manufacturing process comprises the steps that an epoxy resin foam core is obtained through machining; coating a preset layer of carbon fiber material sheet on the peripheral surfaces of the bushings, the shaft sleeves and the epoxy resin foam core; assembling the epoxy resin foam core coated with the carbon fiber material sheet and a nylon tool into a whole, pasting a preset layer of carbon fiber material sheet on the joint position of the epoxy resin foam core and the nylon tool and the peripheral surface of the nylon tool, and pasting a carbon fiber material sheet with a preset color and three-dimensional patterns on the outermost layer; the carbon fiber wheel, the shaft sleeves and the two bushings are arranged in a cavity of an appearance mold to be subjected to heating forming, and the epoxy resin foam core is heated, expanded and foamed to extrude carbon fibers to obtain a compact structure; and carrying out constant temperature and cooling to obtain the integrally formed carbon fiber wheel. The epoxy resin foam core and the carbon fibers are integrally formed at high temperature, so that the mechanical property of the locomotive wheel is remarkably improved, the light weight of the wheel is realized, the manufacturing process difficulty of the wheel is reduced, the processing efficiency is improved, and the appearance is diversified.

    本申请提供一种碳纤维车轮制造工艺、碳纤维车轮、车辆,包括步骤:加工获得环氧树脂泡沫芯;在各衬套、各轴套、环氧树脂泡沫芯的外周面贴覆预设层碳纤维料片;将包覆碳纤维料片的环氧树脂泡沫芯与尼龙工装装配一体,在两者的接合位置以及尼龙工装的外周面贴覆预设层碳纤维料片,在最外层贴覆预定颜色和立体花纹的碳纤维料片;将碳纤维车轮、各轴套和两个衬套装入外形模具的型腔内经加热成型,环氧树脂泡沫芯加热膨胀发泡挤压碳纤维获得致密组织;再经恒温、冷却后获得一体成型的碳纤维车轮。本申请采用环氧树脂泡沫芯与碳纤维经高温一体成型,显著地改善机车车轮的力学性能,实现了车轮轻量化,降低车轮制造工艺难度,提高加工效率,且外型多样。
