The multi-working-condition pneumatic type self-moving roadway transportation system comprises a first supporting transportation mechanism and a second supporting transportation mechanism which are of the same structure, each supporting transportation mechanism comprises a supporting frame, and the side face of each supporting frame is connected with a moving balance wheel through a telescopic rod; a rotating disc is arranged at the top of the supporting frame and can drive a hydraulic rod on the rotating disc to rotate along the central axis of the rotating disc, the top of the hydraulic rod is connected with a connecting frame, and a distance adjusting device is arranged in the connecting frame. One end of the distance adjusting device is connected with a first manipulator telescopic oil cylinder, the other end of the distance adjusting device is connected with a second manipulator telescopic oil cylinder, the first manipulator telescopic oil cylinder drives a first pneumatic stepping manipulator, and the second manipulator telescopic oil cylinder drives a second pneumatic stepping manipulator; a rack is arranged on the stepping manipulator distance adjusting device and meshed with a gear, and the gear is installed on a connecting frame and driven by a driving device to rotate. A mechanical arm telescopic oil cylinder is installed at the top of the connecting frame and drives the pneumatic type lock grabbing mechanical arm.

    本发明公开了一种多工况气动式自移巷道运输系统及方法,包括结构相同的第一支撑运输机构和第二支撑运输机构,各自包括一个支撑架,支撑架的侧面通过伸缩杆与移动平衡轮相连;支撑架的顶部设置有旋转盘,旋转盘可驱动其上的液压杆沿着转盘中心轴线转动,液压杆顶部连接一个连接架,在连接架内设置有间距调节装置;间距调节装置的一端连接有第一机械手伸缩油缸,另一端连接第二机械手伸缩油缸,所述的第一机械手伸缩油缸驱动第一气动式步进机械手,第二机械手伸缩油缸驱动第二气动式步进机械手;步进机械手间距调节装置上设置有齿条,齿条与齿轮啮合,齿轮安装在连接架上由驱动装置驱动其转动;在连接架的顶部安装机械手伸缩油缸,机械手伸缩油缸驱动气动式抓锁机械手。
