The invention provides an emergency shutdown control method for a hydrogen-oxygen fuel cell, which comprises the following steps: acquiring a vehicle control instruction and a fault level of a fuel cell system, and judging whether the fuel cell needs to enter an emergency shutdown process or not; actuators of an air loop such as a back pressure valve and an actuator of a hydrogen loop such as a hydrogen discharging valve are controlled through a hydrogen-air pressure difference control module, and hydrogen-air pressure difference control in the emergency shutdown process is achieved. And controlling the temperature of the electric pile and controlling the dormancy of the controller. According to the invention, the hydrogen-air pressure difference in the emergency shutdown process can be effectively controlled within +/-10kPa, and stress damage, mechanical fatigue and stack antipole phenomena caused by overlarge hydrogen-air pressure difference to the proton exchange membrane are avoided. And the potential of the electric pile in the emergency shutdown process is reduced, and the internal temperature of the electric pile is reduced, so that the proton exchange membrane and the catalyst are effectively protected.

    本发明提出一种氢氧燃料电池紧急停机控制方法,包括获取整车控制指令和燃料电池系统故障等级,判断燃料电池是否需要进入紧急停机流程;通过氢空压差控制模块控制背压阀等空气回路和排氢阀等氢气回路的执行器的动作,实现紧急停机过程中的氢空压差控制;电堆温度控制和控制器休眠控制等步骤。本发明能够有效的将紧急停机过程中的氢空压差控制±10kPa以内,避免氢空压差过大对质子交换膜造成的应力损伤、机械疲劳和电堆反极现象的出现。在紧急停机过程中的电堆电势,并降低电堆内部温度,对质子交换膜和催化剂实现有效的保护。
