The invention provides a supercooled liquid hydrogen filling system, and particularly relates to the technical field of low-temperature filling, the supercooled liquid hydrogen filling system comprises a pressurizing unit, a first storage tank, a first pressurizing valve, a secondary supercooling valve and a first heat exchanger, and a part of liquid hydrogen in the first storage tank is pressurized by the pressurizing unit and then is pressurized by the secondary supercooling valve; one part of liquid hydrogen enters the first heat exchange side in the first heat exchanger through the first pressure increasing valve, the other part of liquid hydrogen enters the second heat exchange side of the first heat exchanger through the secondary supercooling valve in sequence for heat exchange, and the liquid hydrogen in the first heat exchange side is cooled through the liquid hydrogen in the second heat exchange side; and supercooled liquid hydrogen formed in the first heat exchange side of the first heat exchanger is conveyed to the outside from the filling pipeline, the formed supercooled liquid hydrogen can be stored for a longer time, and vaporization is not prone to occurring when the supercooled liquid hydrogen is conveyed and used.
本发明提出一种过冷液氢加注系统,具体涉及于低温加注技术领域,所述过冷液氢加注系统包括增压单元、第一储罐、第一增压阀、二次过冷阀和第一换热器,所述第一储罐内的一部分液氢由所述增压单元增压后,通过所述第一增压阀进入至所述第一换热器内的第一换热侧,另一部分液氢依次经过所述二次过冷阀进入至所述第一换热器的第二换热侧进行换热,第二换热侧的液氢为第一换热侧内的液氢进行降温,并使在所述第一换热器的第一换热侧内形成过冷液氢从加注管道输送至外部,形成的过冷液氢能够储存更长时间,且在输送使用时不容易出现汽化。
