The invention discloses a one-way throttle valve which can execute first flow direction conduction and second flow direction throttling, the first flow direction and the second flow direction are opposite, and the one-way throttle valve is characterized in that a valve cavity is formed in a valve body, and a second oil inlet is formed in the bottom of the valve cavity; the valve seat is fixed in the valve cavity, a main runner is formed in the center of the valve seat, an upper opening of the main runner forms a first oil inlet, a main runner opening is communicated with the valve cavity, and a lower opening of the main runner forms a first reducing structure which is concave inwards and gradually increases in radius. The rod head of the valve rod forms a second reducing structure matched with the lower opening of the main flow channel in shape, and the second reducing structure can be in close contact with the first reducing structure to seal the main flow channel; the side wall part of the rod body part is adjacent to the inner side wall of the valve cavity, a first flow channel in the axial direction of the main flow channel is formed between the side wall part of the rod body part and the inner side wall of the valve cavity, and a second flow channel in the radial direction of the main flow channel is formed between the lower end of the rod body part of the valve rod and the bottom wall of the valve cavity. An electromagnetic valve and a coil of the electromagnetic valve are omitted, the occupied space is smaller, assembly is more convenient, and cost is lower.
本发明公开了一种单向节流阀,能执行第一流向导通,第二流向节流,第一流向和第二流向是相反流向,包括:阀体形成有阀腔,阀腔底部形成有第二进油口;阀座固定阀腔中,其中心形成有主流道,主流道上口形成第一进油口,主流道口连通阀腔,主流道下口形成为内凹且半径逐渐增加的第一变径结构;阀杆杆头部形成为与主流道下口形状相配合的第二变径结构,第二变径结构能与第一变径结构形成紧密接触封闭主流道;杆体部侧壁部分与阀腔内侧壁相邻,杆体部侧壁部分与阀腔内侧壁之间形成有沿主流道轴向的第一流道,阀杆杆体部下端部与阀腔底壁之间形成有沿主流道径向的第二流道。本发明取消了电磁阀及其线圈,占用空间更小,装配更方便,成本更低。
