The invention relates to the field of automotive trim articles, in particular to a wear-resistant damping multi-layer composite automobile foot mat and a preparation process thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out esterification reaction on p-aminobenzoic acid and 3-fluoro-1, 2-propylene glycol to obtain fluorine-containing p-aminobenzoate, and then carrying out reaction on the fluorine-containing p-aminobenzoate and pyromellitic dianhydride to obtain fluorine-modified benzene-containing dihydric alcohol; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing fluorine-modified benzene-containing dihydric alcohol and polytetrahydrofuran ether glycol 1000 in proportion to obtain mixed dihydric alcohol, and reacting the mixed dihydric alcohol with isophorone diisocyanate to obtain modified polyurethane; and mixing the modified polyurethane, zinc oxide, stearic acid, silicon dioxide powder and a release agent, blade-coating the mixture on the surface of flax base cloth, curing, molding and demolding to obtain the automobile foot mat. The prepared foot pad is of a multi-layer structure and is high in wear resistance and antifouling capacity and good in damping effect.
本发明涉及汽车内饰用品领域,具体为一种耐磨减震多层复合汽车脚垫及其制备工艺。本发明先将对氨基苯甲酸和3‑氟‑1,2‑丙二醇进行酯化反应,得到含氟对氨基苯甲酸酯,再将含氟对氨基苯甲酸酯与均苯四甲酸二酐反应,得到氟改性含苯二元醇;将氟改性含苯二元醇和聚四氢呋喃醚二醇1000按比例混合得到混合二元醇,并与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯反应得到改性聚氨酯;将改性聚氨酯、氧化锌、硬脂酸、二氧化硅粉体、脱模剂混合,刮涂在亚麻基布表面,固化成型、脱模得到汽车脚垫。本发明制备的脚垫具有多层结构,耐磨防污能力强,减震效果好。
