The invention relates to a metro station expanded end gantry crane track beam structure and a setting method thereof. The metro station expanded end gantry crane track beam structure comprises an expanded end crown beam, two supporting units and two first-section track beams. The two supporting units are arranged on the two opposite inner side walls of the expanded end crown beam correspondingly, and the two first-section track beams are arranged on the top faces of the two supporting units correspondingly. Two second-section track beams are arranged at the top end of the standard-section top beam communicated with the expanded-end top beam, the second-section track beams and the first-section track beams are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode, and the ends, facing the second-section track beams, of the first-section track beams are connected with the second-section track beams; the setting process comprises the steps of surveying and lofting, connecting, formwork erecting, concrete pouring, formwork removing, supporting unit hoisting and gantry crane rail mounting. The standard section crown beam is used as a track beam foundation, and the supporting unit is only arranged in the expanded end crown beam, so that the expanded end is convenient to hoist and construct, the construction cost is reduced, the hoisting efficiency of the expanded end crown beam is improved, and the construction period is shortened.

    本发明涉及一种地铁车站扩大端龙门吊轨道梁结构及其设置方法,包括扩大端冠梁、两个支撑单元以及两个第一段轨道梁;两个支撑单元分别设置于扩大端冠梁的相对两内侧壁上,两个第一段轨道梁分别设置于两个支撑单元的顶面;与扩大端冠梁连通的标准段冠梁的顶端设置有两个第二段轨道梁,第二段轨道梁与第一段轨道梁一一对应设置,第一段轨道梁朝向第二段轨道梁的一端与第二段轨道梁连接;设置流程为:测量放样‑连接‑模板支立‑混凝土浇筑‑拆模‑支撑单元吊装‑龙门吊轨道安装;通过将标准段冠梁用作轨道梁基础,只在扩大端冠梁内设置支撑单元,便于扩大端吊装施工,降低了建设费用,提高了扩大端冠梁的吊装效率,缩短了施工工期。
