The invention discloses an elevator traction sheave with an emergency protection function and a protection method thereof, and relates to the technical field of traction sheaves, the elevator traction sheave comprises a sheave body, mounting frames and an intelligent monitoring module, wheel shafts are arranged on the surfaces, close to each other, of the mounting frames in a penetrating mode, the outer surfaces of the wheel shafts are sleeved with the sheave body, and rope grooves are formed in the outer walls of the wheel bodies; and an intelligent monitoring module is mounted at the top of the mounting frame and comprises a wear detection unit, an operation state detection unit and an offset detection unit. The intelligent monitoring module is arranged to detect whether the steel wire rope deviates or not, whether rope groove abrasion exceeds the abrasion safety range or not and whether the moving speed of the steel wire rope exceeds the linear speed standard value or not in the using process of the traction wheel, and the microcontroller outputs a driving control instruction to the action protection assembly to conduct emergency action protection. The purpose of integrating monitoring, warning and protection is achieved, the traction sheave has the protection function, and the intelligence of the traction sheave is improved.

    本发明公开了一种具有紧急防护功能的电梯曳引轮及其防护方法,涉及曳引轮技术领域,包括轮体、安装架和智能监测模块,所述安装架的相互靠近的表面贯穿设置有轮轴,所述轮轴的外表面套设有轮体,所述轮体的外壁开设有绳槽,所述安装架的顶部安装有智能监测模块,智能监测模块包括磨损检测单元、运行状态检测单元和偏移检测单元。本发明通过设置有智能监测模块检测曳引轮使用过程中,钢丝绳是否发生偏移和绳槽磨损是否超出磨损安全范围,检测钢丝绳的移动速度是否超出线速度标准数值,并通过微控制器向动作防护组件输出驱动控制指令,进行紧急动作防护,实现监测、警示和防护一体化的目的,使曳引轮具有进行防护功能,并提高曳引轮的智能性。
