The method comprises the steps that the charging rate of a target vehicle battery and the type of the target vehicle battery are acquired from a BMS or terminal equipment of a vehicle; according to the charging rate of the target vehicle battery and the type of the target vehicle battery, determining a corresponding relation between the charging voltage corresponding to the target vehicle battery and the residual electric quantity, and a corresponding relation between the charging current corresponding to the target vehicle battery and the residual electric quantity; when the BMS is in an off-line state, the terminal voltage value of the target vehicle battery is collected, and the target vehicle battery is charged according to the terminal voltage value of the target vehicle battery, the corresponding relation between the charging voltage and the remaining capacity corresponding to the target vehicle battery and the corresponding relation between the charging current and the remaining capacity corresponding to the target vehicle battery; and the target vehicle battery is charged after the target charging current value is determined. According to the embodiment of the invention, the current of the charging equipment can be adjusted, and the charging time is shortened.
