The embodiment of the invention discloses a battery management system, a battery and a vehicle, the battery management system comprises a sampling chip, a plurality of multiplexers and a control unit, the control unit is used for conducting i channels of the sampling chip, the first channel of the sampling chip is connected with i-1 channels of the sampling chip, conduction control signals are sequentially sent to the i-1 multiplexers connected with the i-1 channels except the first channel in the sampling chip, and switches of N channels of the i-1 multiplexers are sequentially triggered to be closed based on the conduction control signals; the sampling chip is used for sequentially obtaining positive electrode voltages of the i-1 batteries in the N battery modules based on the obtained sampling voltages of the positive electrodes of the i-1 batteries in the N battery modules connected with the N channels of the i-1 multiplexers so as to obtain voltages at the two ends of the i batteries in the N battery modules, the sampling cost of the battery voltages can be reduced, and the utilization rate of the chip can be improved.

    本发明实施例公开了一种电池管理系统、电池和车辆,上述电池管理系统包括采样芯片、多个多路复用器和控制单元,上述控制单元用于导通采样芯片的i个通道,并依次向采样芯片中除第一个通道外的i‑1个通道所连接的i‑1个多路复用器发送导通控制信号,基于导通控制信号依次触发i‑1个多路复用器的N个通道的开关闭合;采样芯片用于基于获得的i‑1个多路复用器的N个通道所连接的N个电池模组中i‑1个电池正极的采样电压,依次获得N个电池模组中i‑1个电池的正极电压,以得到N个电池模组中i个电池的两端电压,可以降低电池电压的采样成本,提高芯片利用率。
