The invention discloses a track structure service performance intelligent monitoring system and method based on digital twinning, and the method comprises the steps: S1, building a track structure digital twinning initial model based on the design parameters of a track structure; s2, updating the digital twinborn initial model based on the real-time monitored service environment and working state data of the track structure, and obtaining a digital twinborn model reflecting the real-time state of the track structure; s3, training a digital twin model through a data-driven machine learning method based on the rail service environment and working state big data, calculating rail vibration, identifying abnormal vibration, and predicting the residual life of the rail structure; and S4, checking and maintaining the abnormal region of the track based on the track vibration abnormity identification result, and uploading the maintenance condition to the management platform. According to the invention, an intelligent management prediction platform is formed for the health condition of the track structure, and the scientificity and reliability of track structure monitoring are effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于数字孪生的轨道结构服役性能智能监测系统及方法,方法包括:S1、基于轨道结构设计参数,构建轨道结构数字孪生初始模型;S2、基于轨道结构实时监测的服役环境和工作状态数据,更新数字孪生初始模型,获得反映轨道结构实时状态的数字孪生模型;S3、基于轨道服役环境和工作状态大数据,通过数据驱动的机器学习方法训练数字孪生模型,进而计算轨道振动并识别异常振动,以及预测轨道结构剩余寿命;S4、基于轨道振动异常识别结果,排查并维修轨道异常区域,并将维修情况上传至管理平台。本发明对轨道结构健康状况形成一种智能化的管理预测平台,有效提高了轨道结构监测的科学性和可靠性。
