The invention provides a contactor sintering detection method, a battery management system and a battery system, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a first reference resistance value of a ground insulation resistor of a positive electrode of a battery module and a second reference resistance value of a ground insulation resistor of a negative electrode of the battery module when a target contactor is in a reference state; wherein the reference state is a closed state or an open state under an unsintered condition; controlling the target contactor to be switched from a closed state to an open state; detecting a first set time after the target contactor is switched from the closed state to the open state, a first actual resistance value of a ground insulation resistor of a positive electrode of the battery module, and a second actual resistance value of the ground insulation resistor of a negative electrode of the battery module; and detecting whether the target contactor is sintered or not according to the first actual resistance value, the second actual resistance value, the first reference resistance value and the second reference resistance value.
