The invention discloses a blade tip lightning arrester conduction test system and a control method thereof.The system comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle platform, an image acquisition device and a control device, a mechanical arm is arranged on the unmanned aerial vehicle platform, the tail end of the mechanical arm is provided with a release type clamp, and the release type clamp is used for clamping a blade tip lightning arrester; the release type clamp comprises a fixed claw and a movable claw, the middle of the fixed claw and the middle of the movable claw are rotationally connected through a connecting shaft, an electromagnet is arranged at the fixed end of the fixed claw, a steel sheet is arranged at the position, corresponding to the electromagnet, of the movable claw, and the power supply end of the electromagnet is connected with a power supply electrode arranged at the tail end of the mechanical arm. Based on the unmanned aerial vehicle intelligent inspection technology, the customized mechanical arm is installed at the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle platform, and the blade tip lightning protection test is carried out by using the remote control release type clamp to carry the test cable. According to the invention, the blade detection procedure is simplified, the test time is shortened, the working efficiency is improved, and the safety of field test personnel and equipment is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种叶尖接闪器导通测试系统及其控制方法,系统包括无人机平台、图像采集装置和控制装置,无人机平台上设置有机械臂,机械臂末端具有解脱式夹具,所述解脱式夹具用于夹持叶尖接闪器,所述解脱式夹具包括固定爪和活动爪,所述固定爪和活动爪的中部通过连接轴旋转连接,所述固定爪的固定端设置有电磁铁,所述活动爪与电磁铁相对应的位置设置有钢片,所述电磁铁的供电端与设置在机械臂末端的供电电极连接。本发明基于无人机智能巡检技术,将定制机械臂安装于无人机平台底部,利用远程操控解脱式夹具携带测试线缆,进行叶尖防雷测试。本发明既简化了叶片检测程序和测试时间,提高了工作效率,同时也保证现场试验人员与设备的安全性。
