The invention discloses a gear shaft hoisting clamp and a hoisting method.The gear shaft hoisting clamp comprises a suspension platform and a clamping mechanism used for clamping a gear shaft, the suspension platform is provided with a suspension point used for suspension, and the suspension point is located on the axis of the gear shaft; the clamping mechanism comprises two clamping arms which are arranged on the two sides of the suspension point correspondingly and used for being embedded into a tooth groove of a fluted disc of the gear shaft in the axial direction, and each clamping arm is provided with a first positioning piece used for positioning the upper end face of the fluted disc of the gear shaft and a second positioning piece used for positioning the lower end face of the fluted disc of the gear shaft. The first positioning piece and the second positioning piece are arranged by avoiding the axis of the gear shaft; and a mounting space is formed among the suspension platform, the two clamping arms and the first positioning piece, and is used for supporting equipment for receiving the gear shaft in a central hole in the end surface of the gear shaft. Clamping is conducted by avoiding the axis position of the gear shaft, so that the gear shaft is assembled through the end face center hole, the assembling precision of the gear shaft is improved, and the machining precision of the gear shaft is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种齿轮轴吊装夹具及吊装方法,该齿轮轴吊装夹具包括悬吊平台和用于夹持齿轮轴的夹持机构,悬吊平台上设置有用于进行悬吊的悬吊点,悬吊点位于齿轮轴的轴线上;夹持机构包括两个分别设置于悬吊点两侧用于沿轴向嵌入齿轮轴的齿盘的齿槽内的夹持臂,夹持臂上设置有用于定位齿轮轴的齿盘的上端面的第一定位件和用于定位齿轮轴的齿盘的下端面的第二定位件,第一定位件和第二定位件均避开齿轮轴的轴线设置;悬吊平台、两个夹持臂以及第一定位件之间形成安装空间,用于供待接收齿轮轴的设备支顶于齿轮轴端面的中心孔。该发明通过避开齿轮轴轴线位置进行夹持,以将齿轮轴通过端面中心孔进行装配,提高了齿轮轴的装配精度,保证其加工精度。
