The invention discloses a device capable of diagnosing and predicting elevator faults based on an AI algorithm, relates to the technical field of elevator fault diagnosis, and aims at solving the problems that a traditional elevator monitoring device is poor in universality and inaccurate in fault diagnosis and cannot predict the elevator faults. According to the technical scheme, the elevator control system is characterized in that the elevator control system comprises a control cabinet installed in an elevator machine room, an elevator car installed in an elevator shaft and a counterweight connected with the elevator car through a steel wire rope, a traveling cable is connected between the control cabinet and the elevator car, and a current fluctuation sensor is installed on the traveling cable; a host is installed in the control cabinet, and the host is connected with a cloud AI system through a signal. Elevator current signals are detected through the current fluctuation sensor, signal data are uploaded to the cloud end through the Internet of Things, the AI deeply learns elevator signal data and fault information, a database is established for an elevator, elevator faults can be accurately diagnosed, and the elevator faults can be predicted.

    本发明公开了基于AI算法可诊断和预测电梯故障的装置,涉及电梯故障诊断技术领域,旨在解决传统的电梯监测装置通用性差,故障诊断不准确,无法预测电梯故障的问题,其技术方案要点是:包括安装在电梯机房内的控制柜、装设在电梯井内的电梯轿厢、通过钢丝绳与电梯轿厢连接的对重,所述控制柜与电梯轿厢之间连接有随行电缆,所述随行电缆上安装有电流波动传感器;所述控制柜内安装有主机,所述主机通过信号连接有云端AI系统。本发明通过电流波动传感器检测电梯电流信号,通过物联网将信号数据上传至云端,AI通过深度学习电梯信号数据和故障信息,对电梯建立数据库,可以准确诊断电梯故障并且可以预测电梯故障。
