The support and the bracket are connected through a spherical hinge mechanism and a connecting rod mechanism, and the spherical hinge mechanism is used for enabling the bracket to rotate randomly by taking a spherical shaft of the spherical hinge mechanism as a center so as to drive the monitoring camera to rotate randomly; and the connecting rod mechanism is used for limiting the bracket to only swing up and down or left and right by taking the spherical shaft of the spherical hinge mechanism as the center, so that the monitoring camera swings up and down or left and right.
