The invention relates to an aircraft supercooled large water drop icing detection device and an aircraft. The overcooled large water drop icing detection device for the aircraft comprises a detector and a supporting piece connected with the detector. Wherein the detector comprises a head part and a side wall connected with the head part, the head part is in an open cylindrical shape to form a circular detector inlet, the side wall is in a conical shape, the detector further comprises a central cone located in the side wall, an annular detector outlet is formed between the tail part of the side wall and the tail part of the central cone, and a spiral resistance wire is arranged on the inner side of the side wall. An alarm is given by sensing the current change after the resistance wire encounters water; wherein the inlet flow coefficient of the detector is equal to the ratio of the outlet area of the detector to the inlet area of the detector, and the inlet flow coefficient of the detector is smaller than 1. According to the technical scheme, the device has the following beneficial technical effects that the diameter of the water drop can be effectively distinguished, so that the freezing weather of the supercooled large water drop is detected.
