The invention discloses a torsion bar shaft, a lightweight anti-side-rolling torsion bar and a metal pipe hole machining process. A torsion bar shaft comprises a metal tube and a fiber layer which is coated on the periphery of the metal tube and is bonded by glue. The light-weight anti-side-rolling torsion bar comprising the torsion bar shaft further comprises torsion arms and end connecting bodies which are arranged at the two ends of the torsion bar shaft, and the torsion arms are formed by extending and bending the metal pipe of the torsion bar shaft towards the two ends. The end connecting body comprises a rotating arm connecting part and a pull rod connecting part, the rotating arm connecting part is connected with the end of the torsion arm, and the pull rod connecting part is connected with the pull rod. The pipe hole machining technology of the metal pipe comprises the following steps that S1, cylindrical machining is conducted on the rod piece to be machined; s2, the rod piece is clamped by turning around and reversing, and a first hole and a second hole which communicate with each other are drilled in the A end and the B end of the rod piece correspondingly; and S3, the rod piece is positioned and clamped with the first axis and the second axis as the axis of the pipe hole, and turning is conducted on the periphery of the rod piece so that the wall thickness can be uniform.

    本发明公开了一种扭杆轴、轻量化抗侧滚扭杆、金属管管孔加工工艺。一种扭杆轴,包括金属管和包覆在金属管外周的采用胶粘结的纤维层。一种包含上述扭杆轴的轻量化抗侧滚扭杆,还包括扭杆轴两端的扭转臂和端部连接体,所述扭转臂为扭杆轴的金属管向两端延伸、弯折形成的扭转臂。所述端部连接体包括转臂连接部和拉杆连接部,所述转臂连接部与扭转臂的端部连接,所述拉杆连接部与拉杆连接。一种如上所述金属管的管孔加工工艺,包括如下步骤:S1、对待加工的杆件实施圆柱化加工;S2、通过掉头换向夹持杆件,分别从杆件的A、B两端钻出相通的孔一和孔二;S3、以轴心线一和轴心线二为管孔轴心线将杆件定位装夹,对杆件外周实施车削使壁厚均匀。
