A linkage forbidding switch is used for manually controlling the linkage function state; the linkage state indicating lamp is used for indicating linkage function starting and forbidding states; the combination instrument is respectively connected with the linkage forbidding switch, the linkage state indicating lamp and the engine controller, controls the indicating state of the linkage state indicating lamp according to the state of the linkage forbidding switch, configures linkage information according to the vehicle state, and sends a linkage ratio to the engine controller when linkage is needed; the engine controller is used for communicating with the combination instrument when acquiring the foot brake signal so as to trigger the combination instrument to configure linkage information according to the vehicle state and control braking according to the linkage ratio. The linkage information is configured through the combination instrument, the linkage ratio is sent to the engine controller when linkage is needed, the operation burden of the engine controller is relieved, and the reliability and stability of a whole vehicle braking system are guaranteed.
