The invention provides a simple construction site vehicle washing system and a using method thereof.The washing system comprises a water passing groove of a ship-shaped structure, a water outlet in the water passing groove is communicated with a first-stage sedimentation tank in a third-stage sedimentation system, spraying pipelines are arranged at the tops of retaining walls on the two sides of the water passing groove, and spraying heads are arranged on the spraying pipelines; an intercepting ditch is formed in the top of the retaining wall at the front end or the rear end of the water passing groove, a water supply pipeline penetrates through the intercepting ditch to be connected with the spraying pipelines on the two sides, and the water supply pipeline is further connected with an external water supply source and the water passing well through connecting pipelines; a filtering module is mounted in each stage of sedimentation tank of the three-stage sedimentation system, an overflow port is formed in a three-stage sedimentation tank of the three-stage sedimentation system, and the overflow port is connected with a water passing well in a construction site. The construction site vehicle cleaning device can effectively clean construction site vehicles, keep roads clean and reduce dust raising, sewage obtained after cleaning can be recycled after being filtered, precipitated and purified, water resources are saved, and meanwhile the effects of reducing cost and improving efficiency are achieved.
本发明提供一种简易式建筑工地车辆冲洗系统及其使用方法,冲洗系统包括船型构造的过水槽,过水槽上的出水口与三级沉淀系统中的一级沉淀池连通,过水槽两侧挡墙顶部布设喷淋管道,喷淋管道上设置喷淋头,过水槽前端或者后端的挡墙顶部设置有截水沟,截水沟内穿供水管道与两侧的喷淋管道相连,供水管道还通过连接管道分别与外部供水源、过水井连接;三级沉淀系统的每级沉淀池中均安装有过滤模块,三级沉淀系统的三级沉淀池上开设有溢流口,溢流口与施工现场的过水井连接。本发明能够对建筑工地车辆进行有效的清洗,保持道路清洁,同时降低扬尘的问题,还能够对清理后的污水进行过滤沉淀,净化后循环利用,节约水资源的同时,起到降本增效的作用。
