The invention discloses a control method and device, a windscreen wiper center rotating shaft structure and a vehicle. The control method of the vehicle windscreen wiper comprises the steps that the vehicle window opening degree of a vehicle window at a front-row seat of a vehicle is obtained; the wiping speed of the windscreen wiper and/or the position of a central rotating shaft of the windscreen wiper are/is determined according to the window opening; according to the wiping speed of the windscreen wiper and/or the position of the central rotating shaft of the windscreen wiper, the windscreen wiper is controlled to conduct wiping action. Therefore, according to the control method, the opening degree of the vehicle window can be linked with the wiping speed of the windscreen wiper or the position of the central rotating shaft of the windscreen wiper, or the opening degree of the vehicle window can be linked with the wiping speed of the windscreen wiper and the position of the central rotating shaft of the windscreen wiper at the same time; therefore, the wiping speed of the windscreen wiper or the position of the central rotating shaft of the windscreen wiper can be automatically adjusted according to the opening degree of the automobile window, or the wiping speed of the windscreen wiper and the position of the central rotating shaft of the windscreen wiper can be simultaneously and automatically adjusted according to the opening degree of the automobile window to control the windscreen wiper to conduct wiping action. And the probability that passengers on the front seats of the vehicle, such as a driver or a co-driver, are splashed by the washing liquid during the wiping action of the windscreen wiper is reduced.
