The invention discloses an active balance type hydro-pneumatic suspension system, a control method and engineering machinery, the active balance type hydro-pneumatic suspension system comprises a suspension oil cylinder, an MCU controller, an energy accumulator, an electromagnetic valve and a frame, the suspension oil cylinder comprises a front suspension oil cylinder, a middle suspension oil cylinder and a rear suspension oil cylinder, the front suspension oil cylinder comprises a front suspension left oil cylinder and a front suspension right oil cylinder, each suspension oil cylinder is hinged to the frame, and the middle suspension oil cylinder is hinged to the frame. Each suspension oil cylinder is provided with a pressure sensor, and the front suspension left oil cylinder and the front suspension right oil cylinder are provided with stay wire type displacement sensors. The pressure sensor and the stay wire type displacement sensor are both connected with the MCU controller, the MCU controller is connected with the energy accumulator A or the energy accumulator B which are arranged in parallel through the electromagnetic valve, and the electromagnetic valve is communicated with the middle suspension oil cylinder and the rear suspension oil cylinder through hydraulic pipelines. The response characteristic of the front suspension oil cylinder passing through the road section is used as an entry point, instant information is obtained to serve as control input, the balance type hydro-pneumatic suspension system is actively adjusted to be in a proper state, and good smoothness is achieved when the middle suspension oil cylinder and the rear suspension oil cylinder pass through the road section.

    本发明公开一种主动平衡式油气悬挂系统、控制方法及工程机械,包括悬挂油缸、MCU控制器、蓄能器、电磁阀和车架,所述悬挂油缸包括前悬油缸、中悬油缸和后悬油缸,所述前悬油缸包括前悬左、右油缸,各悬挂油缸均与车架铰接,各悬挂油缸上均安装有压力传感器,前悬左、右油缸上安装有拉线式位移传感器;所述压力传感器、拉线式位移传感器均与所述MCU控制器连接,所述MCU控制器通过电磁阀与并联布置的蓄能器A或蓄能器B连接,所述电磁阀通过液压管路与中悬油缸和后悬油缸联通。本发明以前悬油缸通过路段的响应特性作为切入点,获得即时信息作为控制输入,主动调节平衡式油气悬挂系统至合适的状态,实现中、后悬油缸通过路段时有较好的平顺性。
