The energy accumulator prefill valve comprises an oil inlet P, a prefill opening S1 and a load opening N which are formed in a valve body. The one-way valve, the liquid filling flow control valve and the liquid filling pressure compensation valve are arranged between the oil inlet P and the liquid filling opening S1, an oil inlet of the liquid filling pressure compensation valve is connected with the oil inlet P, an oil outlet of the liquid filling pressure compensation valve is connected with an oil inlet of the liquid filling flow control valve, and an oil outlet of the liquid filling flow control valve is connected with an oil inlet of the one-way valve; an oil outlet of the one-way valve is connected with the liquid filling opening S1; the liquid filling pressure compensation valve is used for keeping the pressure difference between an oil inlet and an oil outlet of the liquid filling flow control valve constant when the pressure of the oil inlet of the liquid filling pressure compensation valve is higher than a set value, and the phenomenon that liquid filling of the energy accumulator cannot be stopped is prevented. The energy accumulator prefill valve has the pressure compensation function, when the working pressure of other executing mechanisms is too high, the function failure of the energy accumulator prefill valve can be prevented, and the situation that liquid filling cannot be stopped is avoided.
本发明公开一种蓄能器充液阀、制动系统及工程机械,蓄能器充液阀包括:设置在阀体上的进油口P、充液口S1和负载口N;设置在进油口P与充液口S1间的单向阀、充液流量控制阀和充液压力补偿阀,充液压力补偿阀的进油口与进油口P连接,充液压力补偿阀的出油口与充液流量控制阀的进油口连接,充液流量控制阀的出油口与单向阀的进油口连接,单向阀的出油口与充液口S1连接;充液压力补偿阀用于在充液压力补偿阀的进油口压力高于设定值时,保持充液流量控制阀的进、出油口的压差恒定,防止出现蓄能器充液无法停止。本发明蓄能器充液阀具有压力补偿功能,在其他执行机构工作压力过高时,能防止蓄能器充液阀功能失效,避免充液无法停止的情况发生。
